History of Keylet

Peter Vidler and partner Emma Nugent founded Keylet Property Services in 1996 after many years experience in the rented housing sector.

Both partners bring special qualities to the business which filters through to every employee. They started from one room in a property and now own two state of the art offices in Cathays and Cardiff Bay.

They pride themselves on the quality and professional services which they provide to their clients through their hard work and commitment.
During the past ten years the Company has continually grown in size and currently holds a property portfolio of over 1,000 houses within the Cardiff area.

Primarily Keylet specialised in student accommodation, quickly becoming the market leader, but now offers a wider range of services including the professional/executive market.

The company is immensely strong both in the letting and management market.

Their professional and qualified staff can advise their clients how to successfully market and manage their properties in an ever changing competitive market.
