Peter Vidler - Director
One of the young dynamic Founder Members of Keylet. After having graduated in 1992, he finally found his niche in the property market. His main roles and responsibilities within the organisation are managing the finances of the company, the Management accounting and implementing the Technological advancements of the Company. New areas of responsibilities include advising and assisting clients in Finding, Purchasing, Refurbishing and Managing Investment Properties.

Emma Nugent B.A.(Hons) MBA - Managing Director
After graduating from University gaining a Masters in Business Administration, Emma decided to join her partner Peter, having gained previous experience in the housing sector. Responsibilities include advising clients on Refurbishment and Project Management.

Lee Millard - Operations Director
Having joined Keylet in 2003 with previous experience in the Lettings Industry, Lee has now been part of the team for over five years. Due to his dedication and in-depth knowledge of Keylet Operations Lee has been appointed this senior position. Although Lee is primarily based at the Cardiff Bay branch his main role is to over-see the efficient day to day management of all Keylet offices. Other responsibilities for Lee include, recruitment, training and development as well as company auditing.

Julie Hollidge - Cardiff Bay Branch Manager
Julie joined Keylet in 2005 bringing with her more than three years experience in the property industry. Julie originally joined the team as a Letting Negotiator but with her on-going dedication and commitment to the company Julie was soon appointed the position of Branch Manager. Julie is now responsible for the day to day running of the Cardiff Bay office where she maintains the highest level of customer care. Other responsibilities include, corporate sponsorships and portfolio management. 

Leanne Sutton - Cathays Branch Manager
In December 2006, with no previous experience in the industry, Leanne first came to Keylet as a Lettings Administrator. Through her own hard work and determination Leanne moved up the Keylet ladder and was soon appointed the demanding role of Housing Manager in just over 8 months. Leanne’s enthusiasm and drive has since resulted in her taking the overall management of the Cathays Branch. Leanne is responsible for processing all landlord rental income on a monthly basis and refunding tenants bonds in line with TDS regulations.

Lisa Gattenberg - Finance Manager
Having had no previous experience in the Lettings Industry Lisa joined the team during Keylet’s early years as a PA to Director Peter Vidler. Now being one of Keylet’s longest serving members of staff with over 7 years of hard work and commitment Lisa’s role within the company has developed considerably. Lisa now has the important responsibility of being in charge of all financial matters between both offices and a number of accounting staff.
