Following a recent news article in the Echo about our search for property to feed a huge increase in enquiries, both the ITV and BBC in Wales visited Keylet to film the story. 

We were top of the news agenda on both TV and radio with our property plea which has seen almost celebrity status for the executive divisions branch manager Julie Hollidge.

We reported that whilst we believed that confidence has disappeared from the housing market, particularly among first time buyers, the demand for places to rent has rocketed.
