Keylet will soon be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the opening of their first office.

As one of the most successful letting agents in Cardiff we now boast over 1000 properties in our portfolio.  Initially specialising in student accommodation, we offer a wider range of services including a well established foothold in the professional and executive market. 

It was in 1996 that partners Peter Vidler and Emma Nugent founded Keylet Property Services after many years experience in the rented housing sector. 

The success of our company has been achieved through a desire to ensure our services are of the highest standard possible and by implementing the best technology, with a constant drive to improve and go the extra mile, we've have seen continued success.

This has all been maintained by an efficient and dedicated team and in a very competitive market place.
