We have a vacancy in our Cardiff Bay and Cathays Branch for a Housing Officer, you’ll need to have enthusiasm, dedication, excellent customer service skills & be looking for a challenging & rewarding role. Taking care of our tenants from the point of contract signing right through to their final inspection at the end of their tenancy. Preparing inventories, where attention to detail is paramount, mid term inspections & end of tenancy inspections. Your negotiating skills & patience will be required at all times, along with a positive & winning attitude. Vacancy includes working Saturday’s on a Rota basis. Full driving license & computer skills essential. Opportunity to study & gain qualifications with NFOPP.
