Landlords
Three months free management fee’s are due when you the landlord have signed our Management / Part Management Terms and conditions and a tenant has signed an assured shorthold tenancy agreement for your property for a minimum of 12 months.
This offer does not apply to landlords for whom we are already instructed to manage other properties.
The management fees is the 12% management charge for collecting rent only as described in 2.1.2 of our Management / Part Management Terms and conditions.
It does not include the letting fee’s, contractor fees, Keylet maintenance costs or any other miscellaneous costs as described in clause 2,2.1.1, 2.1.3,2.1.4, 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 of our Management / Part Management Terms and conditions.
If you the landlord own a property currently tenanted and managed by yourself or another agent and you transfer to Keylet we will waiver the transfer fee of £100 + Vat. This is subject to you the landlord having signed our Management / Part Management Terms and Conditions and there is a current assured shorthold tenancy agreement with a minimum term of 6 months remaining.
Tenants
The £100 Ikea voucher will be payable within 14 days subject to your Landlord signing our Management / Part Management Terms and Conditions for your property with a minimum of 6 months continuous management.
This promotion for both tenants and landlords ends 31st of October 2010.
This promotion can be changed amended or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the promoters.
