Following the completion of Dixie Apartments, Keylet were on hand to market the properties for let on behalf of the new owners.
On the opening weekend, when the apartments were ready to be viewed we secured tenants for 100% of the apartments we were instructed to let. In one instance a landlord registered his property with us on Saturday morning and within an hour it was let off plan.
Cathedral Parc was a redevelopment of a Victorian Mansion to 14 executive apartments.
We have successfully sold and rented 100% of our new instructions in the Pontcanna area. We were appointed as sole selling agent for the stunning Cathedral Parc building, in which all of the apartments were sold off plan.
We have also rented all the apartments appointed to us for our lettings department.
